ERG-H1 Direct Acting Gas Regulators
ESKA ERG-H1 direct acting gas pressure regulators are designed for high flow rates and inlet/outlet pressures. They can come with or without OPSO (Over pressure shutoff valve) and have inbuilt UPSO and SSV. The regulator offers reliable and accurate pressure regulation for commercial and domestic use.
Compact Design
Housed in a compact and durable body, the ERG H-1 is easy to install even in installation sites with space restrictions
Approvals
The regulators are designed as per EN 334 & EN 88 standards and undergo over 100 testing points during manufacturing
Safety Features
In built Safety relief valve & Over pressure & Under pressure shut off valve allow pressure stabilization & automatic line cut off during line pressure & flow fluctuations.
Description
ESKA ERG-H1 direct acting gas pressure regulator is used on gas line to reduce inlet pressure to desired outlet pressure. H1 series is suitable for commercial usage like Gas Skids where max inlet pressure up to 20bar and outlet pressure up to 4bar. The regulators are manufactured according to Ped Directive 2014/68/EU. The functional tests are performed according to EN334.
The ERG H-1 can be equipped with an inbuilt OPSO (Slam shut off valve) which works as a security valve and activates itself when the outlet pressure passes OPSO calibration point. OPSO system cuts the gas off, and manual reset is needed to activate the regulator again. Inbuilt Safety relief valve and UPSO are some other integral features of this regulator.
