Industrial burners for a wide variety of applications

We offer industrial gas burners of low, medium and high power capabilities that can work with air drawn or forced in the presence of low or high pressure gas to cover all needs. We have burners for foundries, for roasting plants, for furnaces and for all industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Our burners can be remotely controlled from an electrical panel; we also offer compact solutions with small panels adjacent to the burner or simply manually operated burners.

Our Burners have been designed to ensure minimal emissions are released into the atmosphere which in turn help to create a greener environment. Due to the design of the burner, combustion efficiency and low O2 performance, fuel savings in the region of 10 – 35% can be achieved.

Dual Fuel Conversion for Diesel Gensets

EMS TECH offers innovative retrofit technology to convert high speed diesel engines to operate reliably and efficiently in dual fuel mode, i.e. typically with 25% diesel fuel and 75% natural gas, or other gaseous fuel.

No internal modifications to the diesel engine are required; the standard compression ratio and pistons etc. are retained.
Note: Our system dynamically controls both fuels simultaneously, allowing better response to load changes than a pure gas engine, whilst maximizing cost savings in steady-state conditions.
